Business and cancellation conditions



 

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between "accommodation Turnov in the Bohemian Paradise" hereinafter referred to as accommodation provider and those interested in accommodation hereinafter referred to as customer . The conditions are binding and upon payment of the deposit agreed by the customer, they acquire the nature of a contract with the valid regulations of the Czech Republic.

2. Customer

Only people over the age of 18 can be customers. Persons under the age of 18 may stay and use the services of the guest house only if accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

3. Landlord

Pension Michelle address "U rybníka 70, Mírová pod Kozákovem, 51101 Turnov" .

4. Establishment of a contractual relationship

The creation of a contractual relationship between the customer and the landlord arises on the basis of the accommodation order. Accommodation can be ordered by e-mail, telephone, letter or in person. Based on the order, the landlord will send the customer an information e-mail whether we have time off at your requested date. If it is busy, we will offer you another date. After mutual agreement of the date, we will confirm your order and if we collect the deposit for the date you require, we will send you the documents to pay the deposit. If you make a reservation, it is deemed to have done so in accordance with these general conditions and you confirm the acceptance of these general conditions by you and all other persons listed / included in your order.

The deposit must be paid within 14 days of sending the booking confirmation and requesting the deposit. We collect deposits in the amount of 40-50% of the total price of accommodation. By paying the deposit, the customer confirms that he has read and understood the General Terms and Conditions, has read the price list, cancellation conditions, payment terms and agrees with them.

Without a deposit at the required time, your reservation is not valid.

5. Prices

Accommodation prices are listed on our official website http://en.ubytovani-turnov.cz . Prices are negotiable.

Payment of the total price of the stay consists of the following items:

- a deposit of 40-50% of the total price of the stay is payable within 14 days after sending the request for payment of the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to No .: 1032847681/5500 (for payment in EUR: IBAN: CZ3355000000001032847665, BIC: RZBCCZPP) , by postal order to: Pavlína Ježková, U rybníka 70, 511 01, Turnov , or in cash at a personal meeting. We will inform you about the receipt of the payment to the contact you sent (e-mail, SMS). The client bears the full amount of the advance payment. Proof of advance payment must be kept for check-in.

- The accommodation supplement is payable immediately upon arrival in a total amount of 100% in cash.

The guest house reserves the right to request a deposit upon arrival for any damages caused by improper use of the facility.

The total price of the accommodation can be paid at any time before arrival to the pension either by bank transfer, postal order or in cash. If you have the opportunity to draw a contribution from the employer, it is possible to combine payment methods.

6. Customer Rights and Obligations:

  • Be properly informed of all conditions of stay, payments and cancellation conditions.
  • Use all paid services. (Services listed as free cannot be enforced).
  • Follow the internal regulations of the pension. (In case of gross violation of regulations, the stay can be canceled at any time by the landlord without any compensation for paid services.)
  • Cancel the stay at any time before the start of the stay. When canceling the stay, the landlord and the customer follow the cancellation conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
  • Pay the agreed deposit for the stay at the specified time.
  • Supervise the children or provide them with supervision that would prevent their possible injury in the building and its surroundings or cause damage to the operator's property.
  • Make proper use of the accommodation and its surroundings and maintain order and cleanliness.
  • Close all windows and doors when leaving the guest house.
  • Immediately notify us of the need to make repairs to your property. Report any damage or injury caused by the customer or the person accommodated in the accommodation without delay.
  • Please present a valid ID upon check-in. If you are traveling with children under the age of 15, report the names and date of birth of the children. With a discount for children, the age of the children on departure is decisive.
  • On the day of arrival, it is possible to check in from 14:00 until 18:00, unless otherwise agreed. If you arrive earlier without an agreed individual arrival " you will not be accommodated ", or if you arrive earlier and your friends are already staying with us, the price list applies to you as a visitor.
  • On the day of departure, vacate, hand over the room and leave the premises by 9.30 am unless otherwise agreed.

6.1. The customer may not:

without the prior consent of the landlord
  • Make substantial changes to accommodation (move furniture, etc.)
  • Use your own appliances on site.
  • Leave accommodation to another person.

6.2. Damage caused by the customer:

  • Everyone can cause damage by their own inattention or carelessness and have a duty to pay for the damage.
  • On arrival, in your own interest, check the facilities and equipment and report any deficiencies to the landlord during the first day.
  • Reimburse all damages caused by his actions and the actions of persons entrusted to him in full on the facilities and equipment of the Michelle Pension in the Bohemian Paradise, including compensation for lost profits in the amount of the valid price for accommodation for the entire period due to damage caused by operation. The customer has this obligation even if the damage is caused by children or other persons accommodated with the customer. The amount of damage is determined by the operator.

7. Rights and obligations of the landlord:

  • Ensure all rights and obligations of the customer listed in point 6.
  • The landlord is obliged to hand over the accommodation to the customer in a condition suitable for proper use.
  • The landlord will arrange for damage to be repaired immediately (if possible) after the reported defects have occurred.
  • The customer agrees that for the duration of the paid stay, the landlord, or a person authorized by him (maintenance worker, cleaning, etc.) to enter the accommodation in order to carry out his duties.
  • The landlord has the right to inspect the accommodation in his presence after the customer's stay. Please do not consider this a sign of distrust of you.

8. Cancellation policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the stay without giving a reason. Withdrawal from the contract is possible only in writing or by e-mail. This withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to the landlord at the contacts listed on the website of the pension Michelle.

Upon withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to pay cancellation fees in the following amount:

  • 29-40 days from the start of the stay - 20% of the total amount of the stay.
  • 15-28 days from the start of the stay - 50% of the total amount of the stay.
  • Less than 14 days before the start of the stay - 100% of the total amount of the stay.

If you are booking group accommodation, the deposit will be for a family, room or person. In case the family or person does not arrive, the entire deposit will be used for cancellation fees.

Cancellation days are calculated from the date of delivery of the cancellation of the Michelle pension.

The cancellation fee is calculated even if the stay does not start on the specified day on the agreed stay order. (If you have booked a 7-day stay, you will be charged 7 days of stay regardless of late arrival or early departure.)

In case of cancellation, the landlord is obliged to make a cancellation statement and send this statement to the customer in the form of prior communication and stay order. Both the customer and the landlord are obliged to settle the cancellation no later than 14 days from the sending of the cancellation bill. The cancellation fee must always be paid regardless of the reasons for the cancellation. In the event of cancellation of the stay by the landlord, the landlord is obliged to send the already remitted funds back to the customer. The cancellation fee must be paid even if the date is changed by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by mutual communication.

For these reasons, we recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation fees and claim any cancellation fees from the insurance company with which you took out insurance.

9. Accommodation rules

  • Be considerate of other guests.
  • Do not destroy the facilities and equipment of the pension.
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The password is available on the bulletin board.
  • Pets are not allowed in the property
  • Smoking, drugs, alcohol. Smoking and drug use are prohibited inside the entire building. The building is equipped with smoke detectors. Any violation of the ban is fined CZK 5,000
  • From 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, the customer is obliged to observe a night's rest.
  • The customer is not allowed to take sports tools and items into the building, for the storage of which a place is reserved in the adjacent garden house.
  • The landlord is not responsible for loss or damage to the customer's property. (jewelry, money and other valuables that the guest leaves in the building, or did not properly secure the valuables against theft). The landlord is not obliged to provide storage of these things.
  • It is forbidden to jump into the pool. Take a shower before entering the pool. If you do not take a shower before entering the pool, your water may become cloudy. Water change in the pool for a fee of CZK 7,500. It is forbidden to use glassware in the pool and its surroundings.
  • Change your shoes at the guest house, leave your shoes in the hallway.
  • Play music is not allowed.
  • Reproduced music is not allowed by the pool and in all outdoor areas. No music or other noise after 22:00
  • For the smooth operation of the septic tank and wastewater treatment plant, it is strictly forbidden to pour fats and oils into the waste. Pour the oils into a special container and also throw in the napkin with which you wiped the oil. Furthermore, it is forbidden to throw solid material into the toilet and waste, which will not decompose, such as diapers, sanitary napkins, condoms, wipes, wet paper napkins, foils, etc.

10. Insurance

We recommend that you take out both accident, health and third-party insurance. Insurance is not included in the price.

Use of this website is subject to your statement that none of the information and motives presented here will be used for illegal purposes or in violation of the General Terms and Conditions and will not violate the law.

These General Terms and Conditions come into force on 1.1.2017. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without notice.

By confirming the reservation, the customer agrees with these General Terms and Conditions and is fully aware of any cancellation fees and undertakes to pay them within the specified period.
